| If your request is
submitted between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time, Monday -
Friday), we will contact you as soon as possible on the same day at the telephone numbers
listed above and will complete the details of your order. You will then be
sent an email confirming your order. Assuming you are satisfied with the
order as shown in our email, you will then mail a check for payment to us, and your
order will be processed upon our receipt of your payment. If your request is
submitted on a weekend or a holiday, or after 4:00 P.M., we will contact you on the next
business day.
If you include a photocopy
of your drivers license along with your check, and
the information shown on both documents agrees, your order for currency that
we have in stock will be shipped to you on the day we receive your check and
the drivers license
photocopy; if no drivers license photocopy is included with your payment, we
will mail your currency at the end of 10 business days.
We only accept payments
made by personal check, and the imprinted check information and the shipping
address for the currency must match the address given above. Payments for
currency orders should be made out to Foreign Currency Exchange Services, LLC and mailed to:

Currency orders are sent
to you by U.S. certified mail and incur a shipping and handling fee of
$15.00 in addition to the cost of the currency.
